hi guys i attended HCL on 7th july
Selection procedure
APPS
HR
APPS: Online exam
No Need to prepare for the apps and also no R.S agarwal or other CAT books
Required. Exam Name is LATE i.e LEARNING ABILITY TEST
APPS has two sections
normal reasoning apps(20 questions each section.... total five sections)
C technical(24 Ques... seprate section)
In normal reasoning
10 ques of series completion(numbers) very easy
10 ques of verbal reasoning (alphabets)
10 count the no of pairs(they give 20 numbers and ask how many times 9 comes
before 3 and preceeding 6)
20 punctuation marks(they give a passage you have to choose the punctuation)
20 Data interpretation(No need of calculating averages or % we can directly
write from the given table or picture)
20 Data sufficiency(very easy)
10 ques checking your reasoning(it is changing for every person)

ALL ARE BASICS LIKE TELL ABT YOURSELF

(I didnt clear the apps but all my friends they asked for 2-3 mins only)
ONE OF MYFRIEND THEY ASKED TELL ME THE PROCEDURE FOR SENDING A MAIL(THEY GAVE A
PAPER AND ASKED TO EXPLAIN)
so in HCL only presence of mind plays
the apps to be strong.. no need of formulas for evev a single problem so friends
be sure get the mind to be relaxed before going to exam... when you start the
test write it like our normal cycle test without any tension and also dont think
too much for getting answers think simply you will get the answer quick...if you
think too much you wont get answer... ok bye
