Hello Friends, I am uttam agrawal.I am doing my B-Tech from G.I.E.T gunupur.I would like to share my xperience regarding the campus process of L & T Infotech.
It was an Off Campus in bhubneshwar on 9th of May 2007.Around 1000 applied ,500 got selected for GD and finally 209 were shortlisted for L&T
The eligiblity criteria was 55% career.
Basically there was 3 rounds
-Written
-G.D
-Profile Interview
Coming to Written paper, It was divided
into 3 sections
-Q.A(30 questions)
Verbal & Non verbal(30 q)
-English section(30 q)
There was sectional cutoff for each section .For 90 questions we had 90 minutes to solve it. For Q.A go through Time & distance,Problems on trains ,time and work,percentage,average,profit and loss.go through RS Agrawal.
For verbal and nonverbal section go through figure series(Be prepared for it 'coz we got some really tough ones),syllogism,problems on pie chart,bar graph etc..
English section Was a bit tough.It had
q's on antonyms,synonyms,fill in the blanks, and a small passage(A very easy
one).
Next was the GROUP DISCUSSION.Remember it's the only elimination round.There
were 12 in each group and topics were very common.
Be confident in whatever u r speaking,dont make a fish market, & maintain eye contact while u speak or listen.
The last round - Profile Interview.(i.e
one to many)
Just as we had G.D we were 12 & the Vice President of L & T was taking the
interview.It 's very easy my friends all u need is communication skill.Every
student was given 2 minutes and was asked to speak abt themselves.General
questions were also asked like
-Tell me 1 reason why I should't select u?
-wht should we hire u?
Remember no Technical round. Basically
Out of 12 an average of 8 students were selected.
I got Selected and I wish u all the best for ur future.Looking forward to meet u
